About the Role

Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is seeking a Catering & Conference Services Manager to sell, plan, coordinate, and execute catering and special events at one of Florida's most prestigious private resorts. Responsibilities include preparing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), coordinating menus and beverage selections, managing vendors and staffing, maintaining client communication, upselling services, and providing on-site event management. This is a full-time management role in St. Johns County.
